Yes — there's no base salary. You earn £300 for every client that signs off the back of an appointment you set, plus a smaller commission every time an appointment is booked, whether or not it converts. Nothing is capped: the more you book, the more you make. It suits someone who'd rather be paid on what they actually produce.
One of two things: a phone call booked into the diary with the business owner, or a free content shoot — where we turn up and film them at no cost. The free shoot is usually the easier yes, because it costs the business nothing to say yes to.
Yes. The role is fully remote and we're open to anyone. You'll mostly be speaking to UK business owners, so strong, natural English is the real requirement — written and spoken.
Because it's the only thing that actually proves you can do the job. Anyone can say they're good at outreach. You'll pick a real car dealer or food brand, research it properly, and write us the first message you'd genuinely send them — that tells us more than a CV ever could.
The questions take about five minutes. The research and the opener are on your own time — your progress saves automatically, so you can go away, dig into the business properly, and come back to finish it.
We go through every application and get back to you within 48 hours, by WhatsApp or email — whichever you prefer. You give us your contact details at the end of the application.
